Bring your list with you
Already have a mailing list? Upload it after approval and we'll send each person one invitation to join Round The Table in your name — free, however long your list is. One email each, one reminder a week later, then we leave them alone. Anyone who joins is marked as joined on your contact list.
Two free posts. Then £5.
Your first two event posts every month are free. After that it’s £5.00 per post — no subscription, no commitment. Attendees always browse and RSVP for free.

Not a host? Businesses can sponsor an area or a category — see the placements.
No surprises. Your first 2 posts every month are free. After that it’s £5.00 per post — no subscription, no commitment. Round The Table never charges attendees to browse or RSVP.
Payments are handled by Stripe. When there is something to pay, checkout runs on Stripe’s own pages — your card details never reach our servers, and we never see or store them. Payments appear on your statement as ROUNDTHETABLE. There is no VAT to add: £5.00 is the whole amount.
An event we were told about is never charged for. If somebody tips us off about your group and you claim it, that listing is free — even if you have already used both free posts that month.
