Round The Table

Networking without the nonsense

Round The Table is a directory of real UK business networking events — run by local hosts, found in plain English, no membership required to look.

Why we built this

Business networking in the UK is scattered. Events live in Facebook groups, Eventbrite pages that aren't updated, and email lists you have to know someone to join. If you're new to an area, or just looking for something different, it's genuinely difficult to find out what's happening.

Round The Table is the fix. A single place to find breakfast clubs, lunch clubs, speaker nights and award evenings — listed clearly, with the details that actually matter: where, when, how much, and who runs it.

We launched in Northamptonshire first, because that's where we're based and where we know the community. We're expanding to cover the whole of the UK, one county at a time.

How it works

01

Find an event

Browse the map, search by town, or filter by type and date. No account needed to look.

02

Reserve your seat

Free sign-up to RSVP. The host gets your name on the list. No payment taken here — that's between you and the host.

03

Hosts list events

Event organisers apply to become a Round The Table host. We verify them, then they manage their own listings.

04

No hidden costs

Attendees never pay. Browsing and RSVP are free and always will be — there is no paid membership.

Hosts get two free listings every calendar month, then it is £5 a post. No subscription, no minimum, nothing to cancel. An event we were told about is never charged for.

Businesses can sponsor an area or a category. That is what pays for the site.

Our principles

We built Round The Table for attendees first, not for the algorithm. That means:

Plain English only. Event names, descriptions, and venues written so a normal person understands them — not so they rank for keywords.

Real events only. We verify hosts before they can list. No one buys their way in to an event page.

No dark patterns. You can see every event without creating an account. We don't gate information to grow our email list.

Local first. We weight the product around community: your town, your county, events you can realistically get to.

Want to list your events?

Apply to become a Round The Table host. We review every application and get back to you within one working day.
