Round The Table

Reach people who mean business

Round The Table is built for the people who run UK small businesses — owners, directors and decision-makers looking for networking events in their area. We’re recruiting groups county by county, starting in Northamptonshire, and opening advertising at the same time.

Launch pricing
Priced by placement and area

Rolling monthly — no minimum term, cancel whenever you like. What it costs depends on the placement and how large an area you want, and areas are priced by whoever runs them. Tell us where you want to be and we’ll come back with a figure. Take a slot at our opening rates and you keep that price.

Want the whole country rather than one county? National placements run across every page that isn’t tied to a single area — the homepage, the calendar and the host pages — and they are sold by us directly. Ask us for details and we’ll put a proposal together.

Ad packages

Five placements. Each one below shows where it sits on the real page, how big it is, and what your advert will actually look like there — the ad in every mock-up is the live component, not a picture of one.

We’re not going to pretend there’s traffic yet. The site opened in August 2026 and Northamptonshire is being listed now. If you want to be the first name on an area, talk to us and we’ll do you a founding rate that reflects where we are, not where we’re going.

What we need from you

Four things, and we build the slot for you. Send them over and we’ll show you a proof on the real page before anything goes live.

Your logo

PNG or SVG with a transparent background, at least 72px tall. It’s shown 36px tall and scaled to keep its shape. No logo? We use your initial on a coloured tile.

Company name

Exactly as you want it read. Shown in bold on the first line of every slot.

One line about you

Up to 200 characters, but keep it under about 70 or it wraps in the narrower slots. Say what you do and who for.

Where it links

Any page on your site. It opens in a new tab and is tagged as sponsored, so it never affects your own search ranking.

Who can buy, and who can’t

Placements and areas are for businesses advertising their own products and services. We don’t sell an area or a slot to a host or a networking group to promote itself, and we won’t run an advert that does.

The reason is fairness. Every host on here is listed on the same terms, and a host who could buy a placement would be buying their way above the others. That is the one thing we won’t sell, at any price. Any advert we find promoting a host, a group or an event listing is removed, and we refund the unused part of what was paid.

Where the readers come from

Out of the rooms themselves. Every host we approve arrives with a group that already meets — they list their events here, invite their own members to join, and start sending people to a proper listing page instead of a post buried in a Facebook group. A room of thirty that meets monthly is thirty local business owners with a reason to come back.

That is the whole engine, and it is why we spend our time recruiting hosts rather than buying clicks. Advertising on an area works when the area has rooms in it, so getting hosts listed is the first thing we do — before we take money from anybody for a placement in it.

Who we’re building this for

Business owners & directors

Networking events are attended by the people who run the business, not employees researching for someone else. That is who this directory is built to serve.

Actively networking

Someone searching for a networking event is already looking to connect, build relationships and meet suppliers. That is a receptive moment for a relevant service.

Locally focused

The whole site is organised by county and town, so an area placement puts a local service business in front of the area it actually serves.

SME decision-makers

Accountants, solicitors, HR consultants and financial advisers — the professional services UK small businesses need, and who attend these rooms themselves.
