		<description>This, happily, looks EASY!  I&#039;m convinced that, apart from their use in wine, jam, and juice,  grapes are generally underutilized and under-appreciated.  I bought some Thomcords (a Thompson/Concord hybrid) at our market 2 weeks ago, and the intensity of flavor just about bowled me over.  I bet they would make a wonderful sorbet using your method.</description>
